This paper was processing on the base of previous researcher, their research focus on how to seek for arithmetic of image process to inspect the defect of pcb, according to the result of their research, they pick out the part of defect from pcb, for example short, cut, burr, mousebite and so on . but testing the defect adopting to image process is only a part of automatic inspection system for pcb 本課題是在先前研究者的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的,他們的研究方向主要集中如何尋找圖像處理算法來(lái)識(shí)別pcb的缺陷,從他們的研究成果來(lái)看,能檢測(cè)出部分的印刷電路板的缺陷,如短路、斷路、毛刺、缺損等等,但是采用圖像處理技術(shù)檢測(cè)出印刷電路板的缺陷,還只是印刷電路板自動(dòng)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)方面。
The paper proposed the multi-parameters automatic inspection system plan . it has designed the mechanical drive organization as well as the part localization and clamps, has carried on the theory and the experiment for the different parameter request measuring method feasibility analyzes, has designed the measuring system test and control hardware and software, has realized the automatic measuring function data storage and analysis, and so on 論文提出了多參數(shù)自動(dòng)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)方案;設(shè)計(jì)了工件定位和夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)以及機(jī)械傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu);對(duì)不同要求的對(duì)象參數(shù)的檢測(cè)方法可行性進(jìn)行了理論與實(shí)驗(yàn)分析,設(shè)計(jì)了檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的測(cè)控硬件和軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)測(cè)量、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)和分析等功能。
